zoas that melt?

Are there any particular types of zoas that you guys have noticed just seem to melt for no apparent reason? I'd like to stay away from those at all costs.

Some infections are really bad, just like the RTN on SPS corals.
They eat the polyps so fast!!!
Those type of infections are very hard to deal with and can kill many polyps at once.
Some other infections attack the bases of the polyps and you see polyps floating around, like they were trimmed. So sad...
We need to deal with them, no matter what.
Can happen to all zoas, even if you dip them!!!
The more stable and clean the system is, the better chances for success.

I have a blue agave that just closed up a couple of days ago for no reason. It is in the same tank as approx 8 other colonies of zoas that have not changed I just hope this one finally opens

The fact that it's closed doesn't mean it's going to melt or have any infection.
Most of the time they'll open after a while.
