zoas white spots

I'm new to reef keeping and I bought some zoa frags a couple of months ago and they opened up immediately. here lately they haven't been opening or opening very little. and they have white dots on them. most just one white spot or growth on each polyp. the only thing different I have done was feed them some reef snow here recently when they were opening. Do they shut when they grow polyps or is there something else going on?

My guess is either pox or nudibranchs
