Yup, if we could find something that killed the eggs without hurting the coral, we'd be in business (not only for zoa nudis, but AEFW's, monti nudis and the like would be next on the list

). I dip weekly in Lugol's and FW and examine every colony being dipped (which is everything in the QT-does no good to only dip a few if you now there are nudis' in the tank). With a clamp on light and a tooth pick, I look for and remove the egg sacks (they are sticky and don't come off too easily). After several weeks of this, you should be in good shape if you are finding/removing most of the egg clusters each dip.
A natural predator is a great way to control populations, but it most likely will not eradicate them. No issue if you plan on either not trading/selling frags, or if you plan to dip and inspect frags for nudis before redistributing. If you know you've got them in your tank, but have them under control, you really should mention it to the person you trade/sell to so they can be more cautious with the frags. When you don't know you have something and give it to someone else (taking coral pests here

), that is one thing, but if you now you have something and don't mention it, you become part of the problem with spreading these guys around. Most people honestly don't know they have anything when someone else finds it, so it is ultimately the person receiving the corals responsibility to make sure they are free of pests before introducing them into the display where they could be unleashing a monster. Haven't been online in three days, so my high horse was rearing to go. Sorry for the extra (unrequested) info, but the first paragraph should be helpful (or at least old news rehashed). HTH
