Your polyps are probably struggling for light.
They probably need more than what has been offered.
Try to give them some "white" light too!
Please make sure you do a careful adaptation process to what you will increase to, if so!!!

Also, you probably need to improve your water flow.
I would try to work on that, assuming all the chemistry and proper maintenance has been done correctly.
