Zoos acting funny - turning inside out

A couple of the zoos in one of my colonies of blues started bowing backwards. It almost looks like they are trying to go inside out. I will try and post a pic in a minute. My tank temp got up to 89 the other day when the power went out (mag didnt crank back up) for like 4 hours. WHen I got home I quickly got it running again and the chiller brought the temp back to 78-80. I also changed my reflector on my MHs a little which may be giving them more light. I figured if they were getting too much they would close not open more. Has anyone had this problem with their zoos?

No I haven't seen them sput yet. Why, what is that a sign of? I am going to get a picture up as soon as I can. I can't figure out why they are doing this.

Some of my green Palys are doings that exact same thing. When all the other polops close up for the night of when my wrasse gets to close, a few (randomly placed in the group, not just next to eachother) cannot, and are turned almost inside out like psless described. No spitting for mine either. I have no idea what is happenining either thought :(

psless, I have had that problem with some of my colonies and the only way I've seen that helps improve that behavior is to place them in higher flow. Before I tried that it either ended in one of two ways, either I lost some or all of the colony or they just went back to normal behavior. Wish I knew the definite cause of it but I would try higher flow and see if that helps.

Ok I was finally able to get some pics. I also noticed that a couple are almost like deteriorating near their edges. There a probably like 4 or 5 in the colony that are doing this.
