Zoos not opening

i have some healthy or so i thought zoos in my tank that havent been openeing up lately. I am not sure why but some are turning green and not opening up fully. anyone have any ideas?

lots of fish, im holding some in the nano for the new tank. im doing water changes every week to keep up.
