“Reef safe” angelfish or butterflies?

Love the looks of a butterfly or angelfish. Wanted to know if any might be “reef safe”
Going into a 140ish gallon tank.

Copperband Butterflies are generally reef safe but are sometimes difficult to get them to eat.

How do you define safe? I have 6 dwarf angels that peck at pretty much everything but with little to no damage. Except for a couple KP aquatics common starfish. I have a couple angels that have taken to pecking a bit to much on and has caused damage here and there but the starfish are amazingly resilient and heals quickly.
