0m 4-way or two sea swirls for closed loop

I am setting up a 240 and I want to set up a closed loop. I would like to hear some preferences on the Oceans Motions 4-way verses sea-swirls. Which is more reliable, better flow, etc.

I have both. OM 4 way on a closed loop run by a dart, and the returns are split into 2 seaswirls coming off a hammerhead. The tanks a 210.

I would go with both as well. BUT if you absolutely have to go with only one. I would go with the OM because you could put allot more flow through it.

sea swirls are good but not going to use them anymore. Have had to rebuild them twice now. gotta be a better way. check our wavyseas.com

1" on the CL and swirls whichever you go with. You want volume more than volacity.(sp?)
