I'm selling a 1/2 round tank and stand.
Truthfully I am not sure of the exact gallons bit I believe it is 50

Anyone that knows the math can figure it out:fun4:
Measurements are as follows.
30" long x 19" across x 19" tall

Total height on the stand = 54 1/2"
Power Compact
Built in sump in the back along with protein skimmer.
Mag float
Electrical power strip
and anything else I can find that may go with the tank.
$350.00
Live in New Lenox

I have pics but I guess are to large to download.
I can send pics on request, and I will try to reduce and add them in awhile or put them some place with a link

Pictures:
As you can see tank currently up and running, just as a storage for rock
You can have the sand and water :D
Rock not included

You can even have the water.
50 gal of RO @ .50 is $25.00 alone ,not including the salt;):D

Better to advertise on CL instead of a fish forum?
Thoughts ???

Yes CL it. I have always had quicker sales in CL. Only prob is the low ballers and no shows. Since its a unique tank I'm sure it'll move.

my math ( which could be wrong) is 58.1 gal..

at 30" length I assume the radius is actually 15 instead of 19..

15x15 (r-squared) x 3.14 (pi) x 19 (height) / 231 ( the magic number to convert area in inches to gallons.

Thanks.
Yea I've had pretty good luck so far on CL. I just figured I would post it on the forum that is dedicated to fish enthusiasts.

Rod,
Thanks for the formula, but unless I'm explaining it wrong the measurements are correct.
If I go across the back of the tank (the flat side) it is 30"
If I go from the back of the tank across (deep) to the center of the tank it is 19"
And I was wrong it is actually 20" tall (high)not 19 like I posted.

So if Im calculating it correct it would be 61.6 gallons, correct?
So since I doubt it is odd it's most likely a 60 gallon

if its 30" long ( would be diameter) and its 19 front to back in the center (radius), then its not a true half circle. Which if that is the case, too difficult for me.. Looking at the formula below, I forgot a step and screwed that one up too. :eek2: Now that I am really thinking about it, its the complete wrong formula.. Doh.. pi r squared gives the circumference, not area.. My bad.. Disregard everything I have typed today :hmm4: I guess I have been out of school too long

The guy I got it from thinks it's 36 gallons:crazy1:

Price drop $300.00 ??
I'd really like to start getting rid of things I'm no longer using to make room for new things I may never use
