I am desperately trying to find a replacement set of the 3/4" hose barb fittings for my 1/3hp JBJ Arctica. Do you sell these?

I checked with our customer service manager a moment ago. Bad news: we do not carry these.

He steered me to JBJ's contact info which I have provided below and asked that you contact them directly. Hopefully they have them; if not, perhaps they can advise you of a LFS that might. Good luck!
