1" scwd repair?

anyone ever rebuild a SCWD? I have a 1" version which has a screw off top and can be servuiced internally. It recently stopped switching. Nominal inspection reveals that it probably needs a good cleaning. I found an exploded view on-line:

but it isnt as straight forward as it looks - or my unit is just stuck - not sure which....

I feel like Rita Ruddner (?) on SNL - Never mind! A very cool and easy service set up. Unscrew the top, swing the "swing locks" out of the way (little keepers that swing over the assembly to hold it in place) and take the entire works out of the case to clean. Could not be easier.
