10 Gal RR Nano Build: Help/Ideas Needed

Hey all!
Been years since I've had a tank and have been dying to get back in! I don't have the space to go as big as I'd like right now, but I am determined to set up something! Looking to keep the costs down as low as possible without skimping if that makes sense lol. Primarily looking for recommendations for a skimmer (thinking 10 gal display and 10 gal sump), an led fixture that would support sps, lps and softies, and a powerhead that would be designed for a tank as small as 10 gal. I've also looked at all in one nanos but am skeptical about the ones in my price range, plus I'd like to do it "œright" per say with all the components (sump, skimmer, appropriate lighting, etc). One I did look at is the Fluval Sea Evo XII 13.5 gal, any comments there? I'm open to any and all ideas!

Thanks!!
Zach

I have run a Fluval 13.5 for almost a year as an evacuation tank for what was left after a hurricane and I like this tank because it keeps pumps, heater and mechanical filtration outside the display area with leaving the tank. I use an old AI Sol LED at half power, a small return pump, a DIY filter sock screen. A 2 gallon water change every 5 days and manual daily Alk/Cal dosing keeps everything in check. No sump or skimmer.
