i am in the prossess of setting up a 10 gallon sea grass tank and i want to get 1 or 2 captive bread Hippocampus kuda.
can Hippocampus kuda be kept in a 10 gallon tank?

Yes, mostly BBS, copepods, and shrimp larvae. If you'd like to stick with kuda or the other larger species a 20H is the least amount of room you'd want, 29g better. On those tanks a true seagrass garden will require a lot of light, upwards of 8-10wpg PC daylight flavor. Just using macroalgae (Caulerpa, Ulva, Halimeda, Gracilaria, Sargassum) you should get by with 3-5wpg of PC's.

Sounds like an interesting tank though, keep us posted.
