10 gallon tank

I have been intrested in the hobby for about a year now and have just got a ten gallon tank. I have went to my LFS and they have given me little help. I would like to know how much this will most likely cost me at first and also to keep the tank running. I was planning on a only fish with live rock.

what type of filtration do you have? but i should be able to help you out.

Do the AC 70 fuge mod( see sticky) buy 10lbs of fully cured Live Rock,& A good salt mix,test kits,hydrometer,thermometer,& let the tank cycle.


After 3 weeks buy yourself a pair of clowns,& open up a seprete bank account that your wife dosent know about,& let the obsession begin.

AC70 Fuge w/ light & cheato: 55
Powerhead: 15
Thermometer: 7
Livestock: 250+? maybe? including 2 fish that died...
Other Misc.: ~80
