100 gallon inwall tank

Yes i do. Nothing too exciting, but i put in the live rock. Got some very nice pieces with plenty of purple coralline:)

I still have to rearrange the rock a bit more but i'm going to leave a good amount of room for the sps to grow. Heres a pic of my skimmate this is 3 days worth. After i put the marco rocks in the water was very green and i had to empty the skimmer once an hour. At least it's not stinking up my house anymore. My wife didn't appreciate that:p

So i got some very strange creatures with my live rock. It almost looks like an egg sack. Has anyone ever seen one of these? Is it some kind of sponge? It's kind of hard and does'nt appear to have any opening. Should i get rid of it?

I also got some aipstasia. Has anyone had success with joes juice? What do you use to get rid of them? I don't have any good pictures of them yet if you want to see them i will get some but i figure if you've seen one aipstasia you've seen enough.:p

I haven't finished with my closed loop system. I got sorta annoyed when i realized the holes near the front of the tank was too close to a stud to use a bulkhead i was going to use only the holes in the rear of the tank but i'd much rather have a return in the front and the back so i think i will just stick the spa flex hose through the hole without a bulkhead somewhat like this

Does any foresee any problems with this? any input would be great thanks

I agree with kevin95695, Joes Juice works very well, and it would be much easier to zap them before you started aquascaping. then add a couple of Peppermint shrimp to take care of any you don't find down line.
As for the inability to use a bulkhead there, shouldn't cause any trouble. I don't know about spaflex, but I did the same with pvc on my 60g. Just ran is through the hole and connected an elbow on the end of the pipe just under the waterline. Looking good so far.

Ok thought I'd do an update. Tanks been going good for almost a month or 2 now. Added everything from my 15 gal. My clownfish seems very happy they have a big tank to swim around now
