100g rimless f/s

In a couple of weeks I am going to be selling my rimless tank. It is 44x24x23 constructed of 1/2" glass and 3/4" on the bottom panel. It has an external overflow on one end but it is also drilled on that end for returns although I decided not to go that route and went over the top instead. It is in good shape with only a couple of scratches that are hardly noticeble and maybe could be polished out when it is drained. In the picture the end panel on the overflow side has some travertine tile on it but it is not attached to the glass. This is for the tank only and I have no idea what to ask so I will start at $150. Tank Sale

Tank Sale

Are you selling the sump and lighting separate because I am interested more in a complete set up?

Thanks

No just the tank. I am relocating things and I had to build a new tank to fit the location. This is getting to be a costly move. The aquarium that I just built was about $500 just for materials not to mention the time and the new plumbing. It is almost identical in size the the one I will need to sell, but I had to put an internal overflow on the long side to make it work.

I had quite a few PM's and a few questions. I built this tank a couple of years ago and it has been perfect. It was contructed with RTV 103 which is probably the strongest adhesive available and the one used by a number of high end builders. The bottom is recessed so there is no need to use any foam under the bottom panel. I would prefer to sell it in a couple of weeks when I get my new one set up, right now the adhesive is still curing. That way who ever buys it can pay me and take it away, alternatively I will hold it for anyone who wants to pay for it upfront but I really think they should take a look at it first to be sure it works for them because the sale is final. Thanks.

Tank only, no stand. The stand was built around an existing structure not free standing.

Update...I had a delay in getting my new tank set up but I think it is ready for water tomorrow so I can now get serious about selling my existing tank. I think, barring any issues with cycling it should be ready to go in a week. The price is $150, there is no stand, but is does have the overflow and bulkheads. Really a very nice tank but unfortunately I could not make it fit the new space. Here are some pics of the overflow.

I think it is a great deal but of course I may be a little biased. I know that the cost of the materials alone was about $700 and it took some time to build. Hopefully someone can get some good use out of it. I may need to expand my advertising to some other sites since not everyone is on RC.

I've seen John's tank in person and it is really nice, better built than most tanks I've seen.

If I were looking for a tank that size it would already be gone.

Thanks for the compliments. There have been several times as I struggle with my new build that I wonder why I just didn't leave everything as it is/was.

Agu,
Water test the new build on Thursday, moved the sump and all the plumbing is in place. Seem strange not to have sump or skimmer under the existing tank, hope the animals don't mind.

Bump for an update. After a series of false starts because of setting up my new tank and finally transfering the live stock today. I am hoping for no spike since it is the same size tank with only slightly less live rock. Anyway if anyone is interested it is ready to sell, includes the overflow and bulkheads and the Beananimal system. I also have some very nice live rock with lots of coraline and some nice pieces loaded with polyp colonies for sale. Also have a nice sized hairy mushroom and Melanurus wrasse who has been a good citizen, but may not be good if you have clams.

DANG!! What a gorgeous setup! wish I had room for it. How much you selling the LR for? I might also want the wrasse...I LOVE me some wrasse!

Cannot do any trades, just need to get things out of the way and cleaned up this week-end.
