Awesome build. I have built plywood tanks before but 100 gallons is as big as I went. I also built a 60 gallon sump with all the baffles and compartments I wanted. 1050 gallons is huge. Way too cool. I love your aquascaping. Lots of overhangs and bridges for fish to swim through and lots of areas to place corals. Keep up the good work. I can hardly wait to see what's next.
Thanks for his post... It gave me some great ideas! I am waiting for me and my wife and kids to settle down into a house before I start a huge tank. I have been planning and designing a large tank now for a while and will be building it from plywood and fiberglass as well. I am looking in the 1500-2000g size built into a wall in our house!
Just a question... Did you resin the outside of the tank as well to keep it from getting ruined? At that size a rotted wall could be a huge problem!
