1073.5 pump ?

I have a 1073.5 return pump making a slight sound it's never made before. It ran 9 months on another tank with no issues. I cleaned it and have been running it for less than a week and today it started making a noise. I disassembled and inspected but all looks well as far as I can tell. Should I replace the impeller and bushing? Any help would be great thanks.

I would start by verifying that the bushings and shaft of the drive unit are very clean. Verify that the red silicon boot is not torn and that the ceramic sleeve is present and not cracked or damage on each bushing. The bushings need to be fully inserted in their sockets, I use the wood handle of a very small file to seat the one in the motor. If the bushings ride high on the shaft, their will be more noise. I would check all of this before ordering anything and I would also run the pump at least a week in case it is just some air trapped in the pump.
