10g nano suggestions

thinking of either using a hob filter or a false wall like this http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1425911&highlight=10+gallon+reef I will be using a 4 bulb t5 as lighting. Can't decide on which filter I should go with.. another option is a 14g biocube instead of building a 10g?? help I cant decide...:headwalls:

with a false wall you can hide everything and just have a box of life on the other side. but a hob will give you more room in the tank. I like the AIO myself.

Currently have a ten gallon reef. I went through the same debate. I have built false walls in the past and they are not that hard. Make sure you seal the bottom or you will have sand seeping issues -a common mistake that I too was guilty of. But over time I have become a much larger fan of the HOB refugium. I have run a CPR aqua fuge on my last two tanks and couldn't be happier! Have a place to keep and prune algae from has made a world of difference. The thing pumps out do many pods that I really don't feed my yasha goby nor my neon goby (the only two fish in the system). The heater also stays in the fuge and my temps are really stable. Best of all worlds. Don't get the skimmer model it is just not nessicary with a ten. Worth the $$ for sure!
