This is my first reef tank. i just got my 2nd tbs shipment last night and was up til 4 a.m....aquascaping.
enjoy, i know i am.
i'm sorry if the pics aren't so great, i had to resize them like mad.

I got a pretty large crab with my tbs rock. It's a little larger than a half dollar. It's kind of a purple maroon color with 2 large claws. It's not hairy. I was wondering if this is a "bad crab" or not. I'd get a pic if i could but i hardly ever see it. Could anybody identify this critter or at least tell me if i should get it out or not?
I also got a hairy crab that i hadn't seen until last night. It's pretty small, but i was gonna try the inverted soda bottle trick on it, but what should i use for bait??

oh and i checked the tbs website and the big crab doesn't match the pic of any of the bad crabs, but it's also much larger than the "bad crabs" in the "good crab bad crab" picture.

Mine grew rather quickly, and I got scared and traded it. It was good at algae removal, though.
