12 gallon Nano Delux

you could do soft corals, zoos, lps, gorgonian, sun coral, and maybe some montipora. I tried poccilopora and it went from pink to brown in about a week. good luck.

With the nano cube deluxe you could have a wide variety of corals. I agree with danfrith. Zoos, polyps & shrooms are nice is small tanks but there are so many more to choose from. You could even keep high light corals since you will have im guessing 4-5 watts of light per gallon. Keep us updated with tank pics & good luck!

i bought a 14 gallon Oceanic biocube instead thanks for everyones help i will be sure to show some pictures once i get my live rock and sand

Ryan,
Tell me about that Oceanic Biocube. They are not on the OceanicSystems website. What sizes do they come in & what are they all about? I'm about to set up a seahorse tank.
Thanks
S.

The BioCubes just came out and are somewhat difficult to get ahold of right now but I found one near me. They sell them in 8 gallons, 14 gallons, and 29 gallons. I have the 14 and love it, it's made very well and everything works great so far. They have PC lighting (mine has 48 watts) with each light on a seperate control (actinic and the other white one) and moonlights on a seperate control as well. The filtration goes through a filter pad then down a trickle filter of bio balls (I replaced with live rock rubble) and then is pumped back through the display. It's a nice tank and I would go with it over the JBJ just becuase I had one and it cracked on me for no reason at all. I saw the 29 when I bought mine and it was pretty cool looking, havent taken a look at the 8 yet though. The Finnex M tank is another nice looking nano and I heard the new one from Red Sea is supposed to be junk so I would stay away from that.
