I have a 12 gallon nano, not sure on brand got it used. It has 32 watts of powercompact lighting, and a HOB filter that gives 100gph of flow for the tank. I currently have some kenya tree, 2 firefish, a head of some hammer coral, and several kinds of zoos. My question is this adequate flow and lighting for this tank. Thanks

Pictures are always helpfull, you might try increasing your flow a bit with a maxi-jet 400 or 600. Also you might consider upgrading your lighting, 32w in 12gl is 2.67wpg kind of on the low side. I have a 10gl tank with similiar setup under 2x65wpc's and the lighting really makes the corals take off.
