12" tank with T5's?

would this set up be enough lighting for a 12"high tank?

I may want to keep a clam in there or a anemone.

Or should I just go with a 150w hqi fixture?

I didn't see any lights with that number. What are your tank dimensions and how many of what wattage T5s?
