New to the club, not quite new to saltwater. Wasn't too happy with how my tank had been going and didn't want to put any bad photos up. So, the 55 gal sump is now done and the tank and on the upswing. Well, heres a few shots for everyone

Bass is the photo below has been removed and put into a FOWLR.

Anyone wanna give me a hand and teach me how to frag these guys? I know its not hard... but would deffinately like someone with experience to help out.

I love the fumanchu lion, how long have you had it?
As far as fragging mushrooms, just take a sharp blade and cut the top off and place it in a container with rubble and low flow and you will have a new mushroom in no time. The stub that is left will grow a new top. I can drop by and show you sometime. Were u at.

Not sure, I have never had the nads to try it, to me, cuting up a ric is like cuting $20 bill if you can get $40.
Regular mushrooms are like weeds so if one was to go by the way side there is always another around the rock to take its place.

Does that work for Ricordia also?
It should, but like Ade said I wouldn't risk it unless I had rics to spare in case something went wrong. You can also cut mushrooms like a pizza.

I just recently cut a Ric into 3 pieces ..Pizza style like J said ... I not have 2 full rics , as the other got lost in the tank move ... So IME it does work for Rics as well ...

I have had the Fu-Manchu about 6 months now. He is doing great feeding on live guppies about 1/2 inch or so. He's only about 3 inches long and thats about as big as he'll get. Thats the reason I got him didn't want to get a voliton or long spined cause they would get large enough to eat alot of my fish.

Dude, the fumanchu will get bigger than 3", they get more like 6" fully grown. I have kept lions for around 5 years mostly dwarf and fuzzy dwarf. IMO I would try and get him over to frozen as soon as you can. In all love your fish. Keep up the good work. If you need any help, please ask.
