120 rr full up and running F/S

I have a 120 reef ready w/ four corner on bottom holes. i have mated clown 5 or 6 rbta's, todds torch, tons of zoas, blue hippo,yellow tang, sol tang and a clown tang. few different leathers, huge frog spawn maybe 60 or 70 heads. couple other 15 to 20 heads of frog spawn. candy coral, brain. Also a frap tank with lights. this runs to my basement with a 100 gallon rubbermaid sump with protien skimmer, two doser pumps and a ton of extras. The lights are two 36 bulb leds. these make tramendous grouth. they are DIY and work great. Blueline 100 return pump.power heads wave makers also have metal halide setup that i used before the leds. Well i know i missed stuff and hate to do it but am going through family problems and moved out of my house and this is something she wants gone. I am selling as a package deal if it dont sell i will peace out in a few weeks. i will post when im peacing out. i would like to get 1500.00 for everything thank you all. I did call and ask i have a best friend thats a cop and because i left the house they say there is nothing they can do. its not even animal cruelty. I hope she did not and is only trying to **** me off but who knows. She knows that i really enjoy the tank so maybe. Justin thanks i will let you know.

Sorry to hear about your situation man. Definitely get it out of there, even if she hasn't done it yet. The fact that it's even crossing her mind is cause enough.

Geez, sorry to hear you're going through this situation.

I'm not a lawyer and have never been in this type of situation, but I would hold onto any texts she sent and if she did, unfortunately, do what she said, make sure you get plenty of pictures of the aftermath. Then make sure you give that info to your divorce lawyer or if you weren't married, perhaps you can at least recoup some of your $ loss in small claims.

As far as I know intentionally killing someone's pet fish is actually a felony charge (which is crazy, but that's my understanding). I don't think it has anything to do with whether you left the house or not.
