120 System/Livestock for sale

It's a hard decision, but we are having our second baby in Nov... which also means moving to a bigger house in the next year or sooner, so I just don't have time for my tank right now. Hopefully I'll rebuild after the move.
In any case, I'd like to sell the tank/drygoods together and the livestock together. This will be easiest for me and the price reflects that.

Obviously livestock has to go first. Tank is pest free with the exception of stationary, spiral, snail-like web-slinging creatures that seem to bother SPS most. No red bugs.
Would consider one of the small all in one tanks for partial trade (preferably LED).

The more I think about it, parting out the coral may be a good idea (just due to the sheer magnitude of a single day move to anyone other than a store/large empty tank) but I'll give it a week or so before parting out. Until the rock/coral is out catching any fish in this tank will be a nightmare.

The SPS have been beaten up a bit by wandering anemone's and a vacation PO4 spike, but everything seems to have stabilized and on the road to recovery.
