120g fowlr diy led

I'm just moving from freshwater to saltwater. Getting a new 120 gallon (60x18x26) tomorrow. I've decided to start with just FOWLR and maybe in a few years switch over to reef.
I would like to go DIY LED since I like that aspect of the hobby and would like complete control over my lighting. I'm thinking of going with a single 6x20 heatsink from Rapid Led for now.

This heatsink is drilled for 36 LEDs. Would 36 LEDs using 60 degree lens hanging 10" above the water provide adequate light for a FOWLR tank and light up the entire tank or would it just light up the area beneath the heatsink? From what I understand with fish only the lighting is mainly for aesthetics and the fish don't care or require much lighting but I would like the tank to be fairly bright.

Colour wise i was thinking of 1:1 cool white to royal blue and maybe add 1 lime green and 1 red just to experiment with the look of the tank.

Thanks for any advice, looking forward to this build, it will be a long process but that is most of the fun.

So I got the tank and looking at it I will have to go with a minimum of two heatsinks to get good coverage with the LEDs. Anyone have any suggestions for the number of LEDs and colors to get for a fish only tank?

On my FOWLR I have a fluval Marine reef LED and it is doing the job. All together light set me back $115.00 on Amazon. If your intentions are to switch over to reef when you get the hang of it. I would suggest investing the money in one or two ecotech xr30w. the new gen3 is what I have and it is absolutely amazing, but you can find a gen2 xr30w for a good price and that is a phenomenal light!
