I raise and grow much of my red types of macro in tang infested tanks. they dont seem to bother it too much or knock it down much at all. considering how it has prospered. when it gets too much, just prune some out and export your waste.

I got some for you Emo. Give it a try, soon as you improve the lights. that one light strip wont do for much less than schrooms. and slow growers. but maybe thats what you want.?

im trying to sell my lights and get a set of 72" pcs...but selling ne thing i have is being a pain...but do u think blue reef chromis and green chromis would school together...i wanna get like 3 of each?

macro grows. no problem if you have nitrates and light. Yeah, green chromis are cool in schools of 5 or six. and might only cost 5 or 6 bucks each. they are schooly type fish.

the macro can attach to rock and stay put. I might have a bit or two on rock. mostly mine just floats around the 40 breeder tank i use as sort of a fuge for my frag tank. but some has been sticking to rock over time. which would be what you want for a starter plant. a red bush. or some green razor macro algea. or prolifera. All good nitrate eaters.

There are many types there are blue, green and I have seen purple
They will probably all school together.

And my tangs loved it, When I have extra I put it in the main tank and they eat it.

Yeah Ken, that bit I got from you a while back was Tang food instantly. Maybe I need to get it more established before adding it to the main. Or feed my fish once in a while!
