125 upgrade question on flow

How much flow (in terms of overflow) do I need for a mixed reef 125? I'm trying to size my overflows and pumps. I know I'm going with (2) tunze 6045's for internal water movement...but what about overal water turnover for my sump? I was thinking somewhere around 1200 gph after head loss.

IMO 600-700gph is plenty for a 125.

I run a mag 9.5 on my 125g. i ran a mag 12 i thought it was to much flow through my 40g sump.
