Would 2 6000s on a multi be too much for my tank. The only thing I'm worried about is my 2 frogspawns and 2 hammers. Would this be too much for them?

It could be depending on placement, under the pump or behind it or sheltered behind some rock it would be OK. If such corals will be your focus I would recommend 2 7400/2 instead.
