12g Aquapod LED lights

I just received my 12g Aquapod with stand on Monday. I inspected everything to make sure it's all working and noticed that my LED lights do not turn on at all. I called and spoke to a "George" today and he told me this happens often during shipping and I should check under the reflectors to make sure all the connections are still intact. I did that tonight and did not notice anything out of place or loose. I don't know excatly where he wanted me to look or feel but I did not notice anything out of the ordinary, the lights just do not work. He told me to contact you guys once I did my inspection under the hood because you might be able to send me a whole new LED system or something like that. Please advise.

Thank you for your post, I spoke to Jorge regarding your situation, he mentioned that he had ordered for you the transfer for the led lights. This should resolve the problem you are having. Normally these types of replacement parts ship directly from the manufacturer and take about 3-5 business day before they ship. Your replacement order number is 100490109
