Sorry but answer is no. Its just to small and seahorses have a large bioload. Now before some one chimes in and says you could keep dwarfs, the tank is a little big for dwarfs you would probably need like 20 or more of them in a 12G and feeding is tough (they need live baby brine shrimp).
The flow rate on the Nanocube is a little strong, put a Hydor Flo on the return. We have a sea horse tank for two tank raised Reidi's that is a 16 gallon and they have been in there for 2 years.
