12k CV Bulb not Firing

Hello,

I received an order from you guys on Friday. I ordered 2 CV 250W Ballasts and 2 CV 250 12K bulbs, and 2 PFO Ice Cap PendantPlus hoods. I only received 1 canopy (due to backorder) but I was able to test both bulbs and both ballasts. One of the CV bulbs works fine but the other will not fire. On the box of the bulb that does not fire, there is a hand written note on the CoralVue sticker that says "Pulse Start Only 3-1" I am assuming this is the problem. As I stated before I have ruled out both ballasts and the pendent as the problem. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hi Ryan,

Sorry about the problems with that bulb. That writing is actually mine when i tested the bulb, i tested it on a pulse start ballast, but it should work on electronic as well. I have a feeling something came loose during shipping and made it not fire now.

We will ship you out a replacment today and include a UPS prepaid return label to get that bad one back.
