Good Morning! I have downsized and am in the process of bringing back my 14g biocube (oceanic version). I have put in a new pump, but wondering what new technology is out there that might fit in the back. I have a light in it that is working for now (AI Prime), but not ideal as it just shoots a beam through the water. I have it setting in the hood where the old cf lights were (I have added fans for airflow so that it doesn't over heat in an enclosed area. No skimmer at the moment. I have the old skimmer that was made for it, but it was never a good design, so I could use some help there.
I plan on adding corals, once I have it established for a few months. I would like to be able to keep both soft and hard corals if possible. I have no concerns about soft corals, as I had them in my last tank with no issue, but concerned about lighting and filtration with hard corals.
