I went with the reeflo snapper hybrid so if i want more i can change out the impeller

How did the silicone do on the painted back?

It went fine. I used E6000 to actually hold the overflow to tank the tank. Thats some serious glue, after it dried i dragged the tank around by the over flow, scary and impressive. I use RTV108 as the silicone on around the overflow and figured that the adhesive would hold better and seems to have went perfectly fine.

Progress.. had my exam today so i took the afternoon off and did some plumbing. I forgot how much fun/ a pain plumbing can be. Needless to say, its only half done. hopefully ill finish the rest this weekend

Thanks bro. hopefully i ran out of pvc (go figure) so i have to run out and get more before i finish it but the goal is for this weekend

I'll give an update. Have 8 leaks. 1 bulkhead has a trickle, 3 bulkheads are leaking at the threads ( prob just need more tape), I threaded spot on my oceans motions is leaking and I have 3 glued PVC joints leaking. I don't know if 8 out of everything is good or bad lol but now I'm draining the tank to work on it.... Guess this is why we leak test....
