150 Gallon Church build......Dream come true!

Ryan you are on the list for some of the extra.....there are some amazing pieces, which makes it harder to choose which ones to use......

I am using much of it for my home set up.

Consider running the drains so they enter the sump vertically so you can do a refugium. The easiest way to put a refugium in is to put the return pump in the middle, high flow on one side with the skimmer, and low flow on the other with the refugium.

Just a thought

Great thought. on the fuge.

I will prob just go with Cheato in the middle and add live rock to the sump.

I am sure I will rearrange the rock several times to get it just right. So much fun.

It is a bit cloudy for some reason.???

The cloudy water will go away when we get your sock sitting upright, when the plumbing is fixed. The pics dont do the tank justice, much better in person IMO.

We are now all systems go....waiting for cycle.

Thanks to Drew, who helped me all day this project now awaits the goods.

I am blessed to have Drew and his love for this hobby as a part of the congregation. Thanks bro

100 times better than the last stack and yet u added caves man those fish are going to have a sweet forest to swim threw. That is a crazy ammount of branch rock (I'm jealous ) .

Chenzin22, I have been collecting rock for over 2 years.....Buffalo, Rochester and syarcuse and there was a shop in Pittsburgh that had a huge tank of if about 1.5 years ago I have also ordered some on line....from time to time bulk reef gets some.

Joe really did great job on the stand.....I have tried do set up my systems as a living piece of furniture.....it can really make a room. I will start to stock on Monday and get some movement in there.

Well the lighting is all done...I am using two 250w radiums and the Lumen Brites reflectors with 6 super brite LED from current....I love this set up.

the fish are happy and eating great, the corals are nice and plump.

Now I get to enjoy watching the people enjoy their piece of the ocean.

its a ton of work in the set up stage but when done right the first time.....not much work after that....

God Bless...

what a great build. the stand from joe is fantastic. custom woodwork is usually insanely expensive. it's really nice to see URS put a project like this together.
