Yes, that is a Mertensii, it's very big.
No, I don't have a remote sand bed. They are both in the same system with a 90 gallons sum haft full of rocks.
No, I had not lost any wrasse to the carpets.
By the way, my red LTA is about 12 to 16 inches.
