Well, it looks like the buyer backed out of the sale. Here is what is included:

1. 150g glass Leemar Eurobraced tank (48x36x20)
2. Stand (Cherry wood stained)
3. Canopy (Cherry wood stained, hanging-type canopy)
4. 4x39 watt T-5 retrofit set up w/bulbs (wired and mounted in canopy)
5. Two 4" canopy fans (already in canopy)
6. Plexi sump
7. Eheim 1260
8. RODI unit (75gpd)
9. Miscellaneous test kits
10. Refractometer
11. Finnex titanium heater
12. All bulkheads and existing plumbing parts.
13. Whatever else I have lying around

All for $1400 firm. This is basically what it cost for the tank alone. The stand and canopy cost around $1100 brand new. Please email me at sanglee24@gmail.com. I will only accept a non-refundable deposit of at least $500 to hold the tank. I do not want to go through this again. Thanks guys.

Four feet long, three feet deep and 20 inches tall. Correct?

Yes, that is correct. The 36" depth/width is amazing to work with.

I just aquascaped a 48x18x20 and with each rock was thinking: "Dang. It would be neat if this thing were deeper..." I wish I had the cash. If you ever decide to part out, keep me on yer list. That is a showcase showdown getup. I don't need the RODI, refracto, eheim, etc. but the tank/stand/canopy sounds delicious. I want to touch it. Keep me on your fallout list if you ever get there... I'm a modest man with modest means but if you get to the point where "get it out" is more important than "get it for price" PLEASE do call me. Thanks.

I'll keep you in mind if it doesn't sell within a reasonable time frame. Thanks Kevin.
