150GPD RODI Upgrade w/ Pump....Only getting 40 PSI?!

I just installed the BRS upgrade kit, double checked everything we where it was supposed to be and I'm only getting 40PSI. I've even adjusted the booster pump. I've tried to turn it both ways and I'm stuck at 40PSI and have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Could I have received a faulty pump?

EDIT: Initial PSI without pump is 30PSI

Have you measured the amount of water your machine is purifying? Collect 32 oz of purified water and how long it takes to collect the 32 oz. From there you can calculate your gallons per day. If your not sure how to do that give the time here and I will help. My ro system only puts out 56 gals a day and that is with the booster.

I gave BRS a call and they also believe it is a faulty product. I'm going to exchange it for a replacement.....waiting sucks.
