150w aqua pod 24 lighting?

I have a aqua pod 24 with the 150w m/h 14k sun light kit. My concern is that the light is to close to the tank with the legs that come with it. I can not use the wire hanging kit because of the room its in. I plan on having sps and lps corals. Is there another way to raise the light?

Same setup, I don't feel it is to close. Neither do the corals.

How do you controll the heat from the light being that close?

You can try a fan to start out. If that's not enough, then you may need a chiller. I find my temps go up to 82 degrees, which is about the same maximum temp I had with the pc hood. My ambient temp is 70.
