180 gall flow

Im starting a 180 and am not sure about how much flow. I plan on keeping a mixed reef and am going to try to use the return as the only source of flow generation (avoiding powerheads).

If there is a problem with this idea let me know, if not what gph do you recomend. which pump do you recomend to provide x gph. internal vs external doesnt matter.

In a 180 gal tank your going to need flow. IMO coming from more than one spot or two.

A couple of Vortechs wouldn't be too intrusive.
