180 Gallon salt water reef tank with dual overflows in the back. Furniture quality stand and hood.
This thing is impressive and will certainly be the conversation piece in any home.

Comes with:
8 - 6ft. VHO bulb lighting system with quick disconnects. Excellent condition.
30 Gallon sump/ refugium with top off system.
Mag 9.5 pump
Mag 18 pump
All plumbing to get this up and running today.

I have the cash and i am ready to buy, i am still a kid and i know business and iam sure you do as well since you are in real estate and nothing is sold until the cash is in the hand and you have my word that if 800 sounds far to you its allready in your hands, if it does not sound far to you whats your bottom line on the tank, i dont mean to sound pushy by the way, its just the way i type. It would be a nice softie tank with that type of lighting. Can't do sps really. Maybe some lps.

Not necessarily...I have seen some very impressive sps tanks lit by only vhos.

There were a couple TOTM on here that were VHO only. Some of the nicest tanks as well.

I do know the previous owner had both sps and lps in this tank with no problems. He always replace 4 bulbs every 6 months so it kept things more even instead of replacing all 8 at the same time.

Also worth noting. He never needed a chiller with this system even during the hot summer months.

The more impressive sps tanks are run by MH and T5s. Thats all I am saying. Yeah I have seen some sps tanks with VHO. But do they really compare to that run by MH or T5s? Not to mention, their growth is slower from what I have experienced with VHO.

Im interested, could you tell me more in a pm, about the light setup. Is it Iceap ballest etc? How big is teh sump, Id like a refugium, has it got room to set it up as fuge? I have a 70 gal I wanted to use in case this one isnt big enough. Do you think a 48" tank will fit under the stand? I'm in tampa. The soonest I could pick it up would be next weekend. I could send a check in the mail to hold it..and then bring cash...or something lke that.
