180 stocking advice

I have a recently established 180 gallon reef + about 80 gallon sump, and I would appreciate any advice on what fish you would suggest. I have 2 perculas from an old tank, cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp, peppermint shrimp, snails, assorted zoos, ricordea, Lps, sps. Plan on a yellow tang, some type of wrasse. Just wondering if any of you that have more experience might want to share what their favorite fish are, favorite wrasse, that type of thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

pbt, hippo, a nice naso, 6 line, clown goby, watchman, firefish, royal gramma. I had those in my tank and all got along perfectly.

Thanks for the advice guys, I feel like a kid in a candy store after upgrading from a 30 gallon tank! I do like wrasses though, I had one for a long time years ago back in college and it was always so lively, I know they can be rather aggressive though. I do have a tight canopy fully enclosed, I learned the carpet surfing lesson the hard way like everyone else.

oh, dont forget to go slow in adding live stock, thats how I stressed everything.

just to share my experience, I performed a hyposalinity for 8 weeks in my display that included live rock & the fish of my choice, & then SLOWLY increased the salinity to desired level, I then added the inverts. this way I did a QT of sorts to help with any ich problems in the future. hypo will only work on ich yada yada yada.....

are we just trying to irritate Larry with all the tang comments? :)

Just a note about the wrasse. I had a 6 line and loved it, until i added a mystery wrasse and the 6 line terrorized him. So if you plan on eventually having more than one wrasse don't make one a 6 line. I now have the Mystery Wrasse and a red head solon wrasse and they get along fine, and are both beautiful fish. But like Dex said, make sure you have a tight lid. I've never had one jump out because i have a canopy, but the solon did make it into the overflow 2 days ago.

I have found that If you try to add the fish in least aggressive order, with the most agressive last you have a better chance of success. Now go and enjoy that candy store:)
