Well, spent the past 5 years with my 150 up and running and everything was going great till the tank started a slow leak. After some searching through my local club, I was able to get a new 180 RR. Gathered all my material and started to work. Spent 7 hours doing the tank swap. Posted are pictures of the old 150gal and now the new 180 gal.
Tank Specs
180 Gal RR AGA thick glass, tank is super heavy
40 Gal custom sump, I built it
3 x 250 MH XM 10k
3 x 250 Watt Ice Cap Electronic Ballast
2 x 54Watt Super Blue T5 on a Workhorse 5 ballast
Octopus 200 skimmer
DA Reef keeper controller
Mag 9 Return Pump
Korella 8's for flow
Stand and Canopy custom built by myself
As you can see the tank is manily softy with a few SPS in the mix. This is my softy tank as I have another 150gal which is my SPS tank.
