1800 GPH through 1.5" PVC?

Can a 1.5" PVC pipe handle 1800 GPH (assuming it's at full siphon)?

I plan on setting up an overflow using the Herbie Method (using a second 1.5" pipe as the emergency overflow) with a Reeflo Snapper as the return pump.

Yes, all day long & twice on Sundays.

I have a snapper on my system and my single 1" drain handles it just fine at full blast. 1 1/2" pipe won't break a sweat.
