180g steel stand?

I know i have seen some people that have setup the steel stands and i was wondering if anyone could draw up what one should look like to support a 180g mixed reef? The stand i am looking for is 72"x24"x42" I know the one i saw before had corner braces on the 2 long sides.
I am just not sure what is necessary from a structural standpoint. I am going to take it to a friend of my dad's who does steel work for a quote.
