I placed an order for a coral last night, i received my email (today) a shipping order was placed and should arrive on friday 1/9/09. then today i got a call letting me know there was a problem with the coral and creditcard would be refunded, at first i thought "how dissapointing" but then i realized how much more dissapointed i would have been to receive a damaged or dying coral or for that matter to not receive anything at all and find out later it was never shipped.
thank you liveaquaria for being professional and friendly enough to call to keep customers like myself updated.
