1st Attempt At Macros

1st off I have a kodak z612 and it is basically a point and shoot camera. I do not have a tripod so i do this with my hands and a lot of breath holding. Please let me know what to do better.

Please remember i am not a photogapher and am just asking for some advice. Please dont rip me tooooo bad.:lol:

yeah i know a lot of the blurriness will be taken out with a nice tripod so i am gonna go buy one, and start to try again...

Not bad for a P&S camera.
One trick is to use a broom handle if you don't have a tripod, use your left hand and warp you hand around the broom stick, hold the camera in you right hand and rest it on top of the fingers that are wrapped around the broom stick.....Sounds corny as heck, but works great as a temporary tripod.
