Try that link. Fairly common disease that is basically erosion of the bone/cartilage of the fish. Very common in the freshwater fish called Oscars where they get "hold in the head"... i think it is vitamin B2, B6 or B12 that helps with it.... im sure the article will tell you.
 
Update on the snowflakes:I have been doing water changes to dilute the prazipro and to keep ammonia down. i found some pellets that they seem to like and have been eating much more than they have with frozen food. The Prazipro should be completely out by tomorrow, which will be 7 days after i added it. The smaller clown which is the one that has the tiny red spots on his head seems to be breathing much heavier than the other one, and his gills seem to be a little swollen. it is much easier to see into his gills than the others. any help is greatly appreciated.
