1st zoos,now torch HELP!!

My zoos are gone.They had what might have been brown jelly or Dino's. Now my torch has it. What disease appears as if you injected into the soft tissue of torch, a brown substance and if you pinch that tenacle the brown will squirt out. Also when water pressure is applied to diseased area the tenacles just disintergrate and blow off? I don't know how to send small pics, so I will do 2 replies with pics.

Water flow.Whats used for water movement?
Water quality,what do you test for and the readings?
Tank age and amount of LR and LS?

Tank 2years old and I've had these for 4 years. My water quality is as good as ever I feed phytoplex,microvert and cyclopese. Nothings changed. I do bi weekly ''mostly'' change of 15 gal. My tank is 75 gal. with 20 gal sump. My zoos got this last month. Don't get me wrong,this is a small part of a big colonie that has grown like a weed for me. Gonna show pic of entire torch in next reply.

Assuming that you water quality is ok (it certainly seems to be looking at you RBTA's) then other factors are at play.
The excretion of brown 'mucus' does occur with LPS. They are ommitting waste however, it does seem that yours is full of it. I am no LPS disease expert so won't try to diagnose but it does appear that the rest of your torch colonies are ok, if not a little faded (though that could be the pic).
If it was me I would shear off the infected colony from the skeleton. Hopefully, this will prevent the infection spreading also put this thread on the LPS forum. Good luck.

You got me working. It's a good thing to. My PH is 8.2 but my dkh is only 7. I gotta tell ya. I haven't check dkh in about a year. How bad is 7? and how do I raise it.

I was thinking that.I'm gonna wait a couple days and watch super close for any spreading. I did post in LPS

Whats used for flow?

Main pump from sump. Don't know what it is but between that and my 2 powerheads,HOT protien skimmer,HOT charcoal filter, my flow is great. In the pic. you can see good motion.

Raise slowly by adding aproduct such as Seachem Reef builder or Part B of a 2 part solution. Again, raise it slowly (over a week or so.)
